The most common problem when your door refuses to go down is that the safety sensors are not aligned properly. Sometimes you can eyeball it and re-align them by yourself but to make sure that the problem doesn't occur again, call us and we will send a pro to fix it for good.

Newer gate models (2007 models and up) are built out of sections. These sections can be individually replaced. You must make sure, however, that you purchase the exact same section for your particular model. If you need assistance with changing a section, give us a call.

If you have a steel gate the recommendation is to service it once a year. Going over all nuts and bolts, spring tensions and alignment, lubrication and chain inspection is very important. If you have a wooden gate you should service it once in 6 months.
